I provide health coaching with a holistic lens. I use habit-based techniques to help you reduce stress-related illnesses. My primary goal is to help the modern woman build a healthy lifestyle that incorporates work, family and health by using habits, nutrition and meditation to bring balance.

This programs is a Module Based Learning Platform were we start with an unconventional 360 view of your habits while we implement nutrition and movement into your life. One -on-One has all the benefits of the 6-months Program and it's easy to implement Module Based Programing as well as a personalized sessions with me. This is for the learner that has more questions or wants to go deeper and prefers privacy.

The Free Guide is the tapas version of the 6- Months Program. We get to taste and nibble on some of the work we do inside of my VERY unconventional method. Effective and Action Packed for the woman who needs a starting point before she can commit.
